    Didn't get chance to get on yesterdays daily, but I'm up and at em today.

    Got a busy day (as usual) and my coffee, an espresso and a pint of water for breakfast has set me up for the day!

    Its misty up in Aberdeen today! One shake and 1.5ltrs water so far, thank god its Friday tho, looking forward to finishing at 4!
