Hi all, I live in worthing and started the hypnoband therapy 3wks ago and already lost 7Ibs, not feeling hungry at all, just crave water! Would like to lose around 4 stones before November as off to Thailand

Really intrigued with this Hypnoband therapy. There's other folk on here that have also had good experiences with this. Might help me if I start to plateau on the weight loss.
