    hey everyone,
i was wondering what peoples opinions on hypnotherapists are. have u used one? if so, did it help the problem?. do u believe in the idea of hynotherapy?
I am finally addressing a major problem in my life ( not diet related ) and am supposed to be calling a hypnotherapist tomorrow to make a consultant appointment.
i am out of other options. i have nothing else to turn to anymore.
i can either try this or survive the rest of my so called life full of regret and self pity.
so i would be very pleased to hear any of ur opinions, both good and bad.

GG your thread was really interesting - how long did you manage to keep it up for? Did you have a second session?

A friend of mine is a medium and is also trained in hypnotherapy. She does everything from smoking, addictions, gastric band etc and says she has really high success rates.

Go and have a chat with someone, it might be for you x

    Hi

I kept it going right up until xmas. Even in the snow I was getting up early and walking down to the gym instead.. until they closed the gym!

I was away for the first 2 weeks in January and that unfortunately knocked me off and due to various other issues I haven't restarted. I plan to restart over the weekend and if I can't get going I'll definitely go for a 2nd session.
