Has any one tried a course of hypoxi treatment in one of those vaccuum bike things? I am thinking of having a go, though it is expensive and have heard positive things, but wondered if any of you had tried it?

Never had it done myself, but I know that it is a fav with all the celebs... and if they do it, then it can't be bad! Very expensive though!

You sit on an exercise bike pedalling away, but the difference is you wear a sort of vaccuum 'skirt' around your waist so your lower body is in it. As you pedal, the vaccuum encourgaes blood flow to your lower body. This increased bloodflow mimics the effects of being in a deep undersea dive and increases the level of fat breakdown. Apparently it is used by nasa and by athletes who need to perform under different altitudes. I have heard good feedback on inch loss, just wondered if anyone had been for a go?
