I know just how difficult it is coming off a VLCD because I lost just over three stone on a food replacement diet and then joined SW three weeks ago without a break in between. I am afraid I still weigh myself every morning, because I was worried about a gain from eating carbohydrates. I re-introduced carbs very slowly and am still not completely up to speed with SW yet. However, I have managed to lose eight pounds since coming off the VLCD, so as long as you eat sensibly, a gain is not inevitable. Congratulations on your continued loss.
