Ekkkkkk massive excitement! I weighed myself few days back was 16st 13.5lb which was chuffed with as came off the Cambridge! I weighed this morning and was 16st 9!!! Wowza! Feel super pleased! :) had to share! X

I notice you said you weighed a few days ago, so I am taking it that today is not your official weigh day today? If it's not, I'd advise staying away from the scales. Your weight can fluctuate daily, even hourly, and what they may say today, they may not say again tomorrow. You really should stick to weighing on the same day/time each week if you want accurate readings.

Thanks stevie, I haven't joined a group yet so just going alone. I'm joining a group on Thursday. Xxx

Well done on your loss which is brilliant. I don't want to rain on your parade but just to give you a little bit of advice. If you're going to be attending a weekly group please disregard your own scales for the sake of your mental health. Our bodies are subject to numerous daily fluctuations so you will find yourself up or down from your scales at home which could be really demotivating. You're going to be paying for a weekly Weigh-In so use those results and disregard everything else.

THIS! THIS! THIS!

I cant agree more!

im thinking of joining from CD but really worried about putting on weight big time!!!

Is there an app similar to WW?

Fully aware. I weighed 5 days ago. Thanks for the concern and pointing it out. Nice to see people being supportive. X

Well done MrsP. :D I know just how difficult it is coming off a VLCD because I lost just over three stone on a food replacement diet and then joined SW three weeks ago without a break in between. I am afraid I still weigh myself every morning, because I was worried about a gain from eating carbohydrates. I re-introduced carbs very slowly and am still not completely up to speed with SW yet. However, I have managed to lose eight pounds since coming off the VLCD, so as long as you eat sensibly, a gain is not inevitable. Congratulations on your continued loss. Welcome to SW and I hope that you enjoy your journey X
