I am an idiot!!! (food mentioned)

    As the post title says I am am idiot. I have withing roughly 14lb of a BMI of 25 and 28lb for my ultimate goal but all week I have been cheating. Firstly I made a HM pizza on Sunday night. This is nothing new and I do it 2-3 times a month without temptation. This sunday however I had 2 left over slices :mad:. I put it behind me carried on as normal on Monday but monday evening I baked some tomato muffins. of course I had one freshfrom the oven, then another then Tuesday morning I had a third.

    Now I am in carb withdrawal mode,i've felt so so cold and misrable today. Where the hell has my willpower gone?

    You are definitely not an idiot. You are absolutely brilliant and amazing to have lost so much weight and to have got so far.

    Put a line under what you have done, because the one thing that you is human and we all do things that we shouldn't do. We are not perfect and don't expect perfection from yourself.

    It has just set you back a few days, and a few days is nothing on your journey, just a learning curve, and you are amazing.

    <<hugs>> I know how you feel. I have been the same. My willpower and motivated has disappeared and I am not far from goal. Have been picking this week, which I never have on this diet.

    I have just decided to draw a line under it today or I'll never get to goal. Am going to count down the days of being 100% and put motivational clothes around the house! Good luck, you can do it. You just need to refocus
