I am back - first weigh in since starting.

    I lost 6lb. :D
    Pretty much as I expected. Good solid middle of the road first loss, not amazingly high, not confusingly low. lol. I was hoping for 7lb if I am honest, but 6lb is good enough for me. Long may it continue...

    I lost 6lb my first wi, I had weighed at home and it read 7lb, but must have had a bit too much water on way to cdc...

    It's still 6lb you never have to carry around again!

    Well Done

    Well Done on the 6lbs, i will be having my first weigh in on saturday and the only thing i miss is Tuna sandwiches, lol how have you found the diet so far? x :D

    The first 3/4 days were hard, I am just in the groove now and finding it a lot easier. I love the banana. straw and Choc shakes down with ice and smoothie attacked until fluffy and light. Lovely.

    I would really like a 4lb next week. Is that too much to ask? The average is 3.5 per week so I am told. I would like to be able to round it to a total of 10lb next week.
