Hi all,

Well as you know I have returned to the Lipotrim fold after being away for 4 weeks so its like a new start for me really, I started last Saturday and weighed in today after 6 days as I cannot make the chemist tomorrow and have lost 12lb .

Had a cold this week and felt ill but I need to stay strong now and beat my mini summer target of losing 3 stone by the end of July - this weeks loss has taken a huge bite out of the target.
