I am new too

    Hi everyone :)
    Time to lose some weight!
    My name is Jane and I would like to start by losing three stone,ideally two stone before August when we want to go on holiday,not sure where yet as nothing booked
    Not sure my exact weight but my guess is around 15 stones at 5ft 6
    Hated being overweight last year in Spain and couldn't cope with the heat!
    Going to join a sw group this week and get started so I will know what I weigh then
    I have a busy life as a working mum to 3 children ages 12,10 and 7,work 3 nights a week as a nurse
    Have a husband who will diet with me too,done sw before and really like the plan
    Thanks for listening and hope to speak to some of you soon x
    If anyone can help me do a weight loss thingy I'd be grateful,I am a bit useless when it comes to all things technical!

    I agree with Rowan, your goal is excellent and very similar to mine (a little over 2 stones by the fall semester).
