evening everyone. I'm on week 5 (I think) of cd ss and I'm really struggling with not eating! I have been doing well and felt really strong until this week but now my resolve seems to be dissolving! I still have 1 st 2 lbs to get to my initial goal but I think a combination of slow weighlosses and missing out on going out with freinds and my hubby are really taking their toll. I'm still not happy with my weight or size so it's not like I'm really getting complacent or anything but I am just fed up! this week I have twice had an ss+ day and felt satisfied, but i know my CDC is not too keen on me doing ss+ as she believes it will really slow my losses even more.
I'm so pleased with what I've already achieved but I can't really see the light at the end of the tunnel, and really feel down at the prospect of x amount of weeks left on ss or even ss+. humph. I know I've gotta stick with it but it's really getting me down at the mo.
thanks for listening to me moan!!

You've lost over a stone!!!!!

Would you have lost that on ww in a month? Never!

Be proud of yourself! Carry on regardless.

Your goals will happen!

Ss+ is fab!!! It's all I ever done

keep going x

Keep on - look at the inspiration slideshow at the top of the page for encouragement. This is a common phase you are going through - with a relatively short distance to go, it's tempting to slacken off a little.Keep your eyes on the prize!

Hey Keelie, ok, ignore your cdc thinking ss+ will slow your losses, tell her a little white lie, say you have been ss all the way when you have been doing ss+, see how she reacts to your losses then the power crazy bi*ch... OK harsh that may be (I have been on the wine - oops) but to be honest, my losses have been better and more consistent on ss+ (till I fell off the wagon) than on ss and I feel satisfied! I mean, how can she not be happy with ss+ when it is a proven plan grrrr (thats where power crazy bi*ch came from hehe) what is she gonna be like when you go up the plans?

Anyway, you need to do this the way YOU feel comfortable or it wont work. Good luck hun, you can do it.

xx

thanks everyone! I'm gonna keep this going right to the very end, I will get to goal even if it kills me! lol
I'm super pleased too as I lost 6 lbs at WI this morning. I'm also going to do a week of ss+ just to see what happens this week.
I'll keep you posted! xxx

Keelie, I'm with you all the way on this one, I've got 1st 11lbs to go and I'm really struggling too. I know exactly how you're feeling. I've actually switched to SS+ because my CDC thinks it'll help.

But no matter how low my losses are (usually 2 or 3lbs a week) I'm sticking with it and I'll get there eventually. We both will!! Keep your chin up and keep smiling. xxx
