Slimming for my children
I thought to do balsamic veggies u used bog standard balsamic vinegar?
I am guessing there is a glaze u can buy as my veggies are disgusting!
 
Isn't there a different strength of balsamic vinegar?

And don't assume you are thick as I wouldn't know what balsamic vinegar to use; I don't know what balsamic veggies are:confused:
 
I use ordinary balsamic vinegar, but I also give them a dose of frylight and fling some lazy garlic in with them too. What veg were you using?
 
I tend to toss the parboiled veg either in fry light or my hexa olive oil, then drizzle a small amount of balsamic on, along with salt, pepper and herbs. Stir it all around and bake - it's very yummy but nicer if you use the better quality balsamic
