    ............ to the point that I feel sick :break_diet:

    didnt get what I expected on weigh in today, then out for lunch which ran into afternoon tea. On the way home I called into the garage and bought a load of rubbish and ate it.

    :cry::cry::cry::cry:

    I will not eat anymore tonight, just drink plenty of water.

    A kick in the bum is whats needed.

    I think I have eaten a whole weeks worth of syns and more in one afternoon.

    We have all been there hun. The important thing is not to let it drag you down. Forget about it and try and focus again. I know its not easy, the important thing is you pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start all over again. Together we can do this!:talk017:

    Draw a line under it and get back to basics tomorrow! And remember, if you react to a disappointment by eating nonstop, then you are just setting yourself up for more disappointment! It's a self-perpetuating spiral and one you have to break, or things will never be different.

    Thank you girls, I will not do that again.

    I now know how it feels YUK and to be honest I didn't enjoy eating all that rubbish.

    after all that munching last week :jelous:

    I have hardly eaten a thing since Monday, must have a tummy bug :cry: anyway just been having (to be honest I've been forcing myself to eat, I know you must) cereal in the morning then, soup in the evening with sips of water throughout the day.

    nipped round to get weighed and lost
    2 1/2 lbs. now I am going back to bed until I feel human again:(
