If you consume enough calories, then you can still run and gain weight.

Presumably you want to gain lean weight? well the answer to that of course is weight training...

Id do a basic workout based around deadlift, squat and bench press myself...

Also if weight training you will need a little more protein, say 0.9g per lb of bodyweight...

weight training has increased my weight but not my clothes size

i go quite heavy with my weights though, the heaviest has been 40kg on squats. ive bulked up in my calves from heavier lower body weights, im trying to do the same for my arms now, i hate the look of thin arms and want visibly muscy arms
