Attack I ate Frozen Yogurt. What to do now?

Hello all. I'm in the 3rd day of my attack phase. On the first day I accidentaly ate low-fat cheese instead of 0% fat, but it didn't SEEM to get in the way of anything because I already lost about 4.5 pounds. The thing is, I was in the mall today and ate Frozen Yogurt, believing it was allowed... It was Fat Free, but I didn't think about the sugar (terrible mistake) and when I realized what I was doing I was already halfway through it.

My question is: Will it ruin my diet? Should I start over? Or should I just wait and see what happens? I walked for about 30 minutes today, if that helps.

I feel terrible about it. I won't give up, but I'm just confused about what to do next.
 
No need to start again, just carry on. Put it down to experience! No point in beating yourself up, we've all done something like it. It's about re-training your tastebuds to recognise and go easy on the sugary stuff. Lesson one done!
