Netty, try not to worry about it too much. It's done now, so no point looking back! Just think, it's Monday start of the week and time to put your positive head on and just get back on the Horse! You have done really well so far, so don't let one blip but a downer on all your hard work!! x

it was yummy tho....but yes your right, if i didnt feel bad about it i wouldnt be posting here to admit it ! now I will worry right up till weigh in tomorrow night im sure. that will teach me i hope.

im on the pre op diet at the moment and 2 weeks in i ate even worse and had pizza n chips! how bad is that? the first week on the diet...which is...

3/4 pints of milk
1 oxo cube in boiling water
& 2 pints sf squash

i had lost 10 lb but the second i only lost 2 which is better than putting on but i was so disappoited...

the way i looked at it was everyone cracks sometimes i mean how many diets have people messed up and then just gave up! i not going to be like that AGAIN! so that day i went and bought the new wii active game (not the wii fit) and exercised untill it hurt! and i have ate ok since then... only 3 1/2 lb to go... so the goal is near!

good luck 2 u 2 - dont let this blitch mess u up - you can do n remember hunger passed after a while! its all in your head not ur tummy! busy yourself when u get hungry and think why your doing this is the 1st place... xx

Remember how guilty you feel now, and was it really worth it? and you hopefully won't do it again. But it's not the end of the world, back on track now.

At least you didn't have lasagne and then something else...and something else.... You managed to stop at that, which is a good thing.
I bet 75% of people who are now AT GOAL have blipped at some point. If not on CD but on something and they are finished with dieting now - they succeeded and so will you :)
