I been on diet a whole week and i love it :)

can i join you all? my names beverley ive been swapping diets last few weeks tried and tested them all see which i like the best and this ones my favourite,i love the extra easy plan :)
im so delight i lost a pound this morning all together 7lb with other diets.
this ones easiest to stick to.
i never thought id could lose weight eating potatoes rice pasta,been on low carb diets for years and was scared of having these foods daily. you laugh when you see what i been having all week
breakfast mash potatoe and beans
lunch mash potatoe and salad
tea mash potato and salad again with tuna fish and salad cram plus salad greens
supper yes you guessed it mash potato on its own..i love mash potato :)
and had that all week lol
lost a pound:D

I'm glad you are enjoying it but I'm afraid you are not doing SW. It sounds more like the mashed potato diet! But seriously it's not healthy, it's not sustainable and it's not what SW recommend. What about your superfree foods, what about your healthy extras and what about your syns?

Yeah I agree it doesn't sound very healthy. Mash potato and beans doesn't sound great for breakfast. U have loads more variety to choose from. Why not try porridge or egg and beans instead. I'd suggest Reading through the books again or flicking through the sw mag for some ideas. It will make it even more enjoyable.
