Well today I went totally off track. Oh well. Draw a line under and carry on. On the up side did 40 lengths and ran 5k hoping to limit the damage. Not sure what I'm going to eat tomorrow will decide in morning.

I wouldn't worry too much about the food, sounds as tho you did lots of exercise to counteract it! Hope u think of lots of yummy food for today. X
 
Today's food is

Fruit Greek yog and sweetener

Roasted cauliflower with home made curry sauce and chips

Skinny lasagne made from courgette instead of pasta. Really tasty and the only points is the cheese.

Having a veggie day as I've not been on plan 100%

I've been veggie since birth so it seems 'normal' to be tbh x

Nah. Don't like mince it's full of gristle. Bought something called a sprialiser. It makes butternut squash, carrots and courgette and sweet potato into noodles. It's amazing. I love it.

Just had a look on google as I've not heard of that and it's so cool! Do u cook them once you've done that or leave them raw? X
 
U cook the butternut squash noodles in the oven for 10 mins first. The courgette just needs heating through. It's amazing. I lost 6 pounds in a week a few weeks ago with sprialising. I do carrot rice aswell which is nice and it stretches those pesky points.

Yes. Apparently you can do the same with a Julianne peeler. They are a lot cheaper. Don't know if they work as well though. I'm doing some batch cooking today with the sprialiser so will put some pics of the food on.
