After my little worried rant on here about the results of my wi in this week. I am amazed that in 2 weeks after my picking and skipping shakes - I'm down 9.5lbs!

However I would not recommend my silly picking to anyone. I have felt quite unwell. Which fooled me into thinking 'ooh i need to eat something' - when actually that is probably what set me to begin with.

Anyway, you will all be pleased to know that i'm back on ss as of yesterday and i feel better already (ok so the wi helped, i now know that i haven't completely blown it)

I'm hoping for a nice juicy big loss this week - i'm upping my water intaake - that always boosts a weight loss (or does for me!) WHO'S WITH ME?! glug glug glug...!!!!!
Right, off to change my ticker - i'm in the next stones! YAY!

Glad your back on SS now, its definately the way forward! I'm trying to explain to every disapproving person that they are all balanced etc but they just see 'liquid' and think i'm starving myself! lol Silly people!

I am a huge follower of the water thing! I literally cant get enough of it, especially as i am prone to getting a fury mouth still (BOO!) so i seem to be drinking all day long!

That's great, well done you!! You should definitely be proud of yourself. I really need to up my water intake too, I'd been really good but am down to between a litre and a litre and a half the last couple of days, so i'm with you on that one, my mission for the week, water!!! And exercise, but especially water!
