Don't beat yourself up, you're only doing what we've all done. You haven't failed, you're just struggling, and if it's only a struggle then there's always hope. There is a plan out there that will suit you, read through the site and read other's stories and you'll find something that 'twigs'. You have to find the right diet for you, and there are different programmes within each diet, so you are bound to find one that you can cope with.
Remember your motivation for doing this? Write down why you want to lose weight, put up pics; anything that will help keep you focused on where you want to go rather than thinking about how hard the first week is. There are other threads on here that deal with keeping motivated and they can help.
Keep taking to us, we've got enough support to give on here to get you through the hardest times. Of course it's hard, you're trying to change so much, but it will be worth it in the end, and you are going to kick yourself later on if you buckle now.
