I can't stop eating!!!!

Ok, so today I've had...

Breakfast : 2 egg omlette with peppers, spring onion and mushroom, 3 slices of WW toast.

Lunch (picnic) : pasta, tuna, sweetcorn, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, spring onion, beetroot) melon, grapes, mullerlight.

Dinner : Jacket potato, tuna, sweetcorn, cadburys choc mousse (3 syns) baby bell light cheese (2 syns)

I feel like the hungry catterpillar!!!! :~( :cry::sigh:

i wouldn't worry, so far today i've had scrambled eggs and bacon on nimble toast, lunch at a greek restaurant and finished off my son's mcdonalds. I'm also on my second glass of wine. I gave up counting syns for today.

Yep. just looks like a perfectly normal day to me! The only thing I would say is that you should try for more variety as you had tuna and sweetcorn at two meals. Are you doing EE? Then you should also have had some superfree in your evening meal.

i'm thinking of just making loads of chilli etc, things i can freeze, then i can just grab something. tuna is quickly losing its appeal!
