...to do one new SW-related thing today :D

I am experimenting making iced green tea (green tea is my new favourite thing...well, drink) but it's a bit hot to drink it hot. So I am trying to make iced green tea.

So, it gave me an idea. CHALLENGE!

If we do something new and different it could kick start some motivation and give us ideas. Variety in our diet is what stops us getting bored, and keeps our bodies losing weight.
So, be it something to eat or drink, a new exercise or whatever...just... (as Jamie says for Mr Sainsbury's)...
