I cut out sugar and processed foods!

Well I have battled with a sweet tooth for ages, now finally I just seem to be not interested in rubbish foods, I bake using natural sweetners and no white or refined sugar and I do not eat chemical laden processed foods, I seem to have went from 15st 11lb to currently 14st 7lb in since August 2011 and have done not much exercise either. I suffer with CFS and PCOS so this is a big thing for me.

Wow that's fantastic.... I suffer with PCOS and thyroid disorder and I'm looking to restrict all refined carbs and sugary crap hoping that will head some more weight off .... You just inspired me more!!

Aw great! I am pleased its the only key to good health and weight loss, When I was on ww and sw I would eat sugary things and be surprised when I did not lose weight! Well sugar turns into fat in the body even though it has no fat before it goes into you! And with the increased diabetes risk with PCOS it is well worth it and cookies and cake are just as nice with honey in them. And as for artificial sweeteners they are evil LOL x
