hi, im 3 weeks into my restart, (ive got my 3rd weigh in tonight and thing i have done well!) 1st week i lost 9lb 2nd week 4lb ( TOTM) i know i have lost at least 5lb this week but will find out later, anyway, i cant drink water, ive tried but cant. all ive been having is my 3 shakes a day, and 3 coffees with milk in. i dont feel like i need to drink and im not dehydrated, does anyone else not drink the water? it dosnt seem to be affecting my weight loss.
