i dont drink water..will iget ill?

im 3 weeks into my restart,
(ive got my 3rd weigh in tonight and thing i have done well!)

1st week i lost 9lb
2nd week 4lb ( TOTM)
i know i have lost at least 5lb this week but will find out later,

anyway, i cant drink water, ive tried but cant.

all ive been having is my 3 shakes a day, and 3 coffees with milk in.

i dont feel like i need to drink and im not dehydrated,

does anyone else not drink the water?
it dosnt seem to be affecting my weight loss.

Not drinking enough on this diet especially isnt good for you hun! The water will stop your body from getting deydrated and keep your insides ticking over as well.

There are flavourings you can buy from your cdc to make it easier to drink though if thats any help?

You need the water really, have you tried the flavourings, I am using Summer Berries at the moment, its better than water and i have to drink 5/6Lt a day so ewwww.

I'm not particularly good with still water... but i drink sparkling water and I find that much easier... and if you add some water flavouring (although you can't use too much every day), it's just like drinking pop.

I find that water really does help with the hunger pangs too. I don't know how I would get through the day without it.

I hope you'll try to drink water - your body really does need it - especially as it's not getter water from the food we'd normally be eating.

im going to try build it up a bit at a time, liek have a glass when i get up and before bed, then maybe one after my 2nd shake, its just so hard lol
i lost 5lb this week :)
do your best to increase it... its not just because water helps the diet and the side effects of it but if you werent on the diet you would be eating much more 'real foods' and lots of real food contain some water so you are down on that even if you normally dont drink much. have you tried any of the 'allowed' teas on the diet so you can get more fluid in your day? good luck xx
