i feel really dizzy


I *will* be skinny again!
That happened to me a bit on my first week, but just get up slowly and drink loads of water!!!
Take things easy while your body is adjusting, get up slowly.......and drink lots....never go out without a 500 ml bottle of water with you and you will be fine.

this weekend at work will be a living nightmare, friday and saturday i work 7:30pm till 3:00am

any tips on how to survive? x
pray lol. maybe you could try to sleep more in the day so u can have ur shakes at night so your not starving x
Its very normal! I personally had this for around 3 days but it passes u just have to to keep well hidrated like everyone else has said.

Here we go again!
I still get this and have nearly done week 22! It's not to do with dehydration cos I have at least 4lts of water a day. I just have to get up slowly and take a deep breath if I feel woozy. Take care.
