and did a red day. It was good I made a chicken casserole for dinner, it was so good. It was chicken, cabbage, onion, mushrooms and butternut squash. Butternut squash is lush I roasted it and scooped out the chunks, it was all gooey, mmm . I actually used an Asda sausage casserole sauce mix (7syns) with a bit of sweetener. It was delicious, I'm having the rest tomorrow and I think I'll be having it Friday too! I'm going to do a week of red and see what my weight loss is like!
What do you like to snack on , on a red day? Green days seem alot easier but then I'm only on day one,lol!
