i gave in to temptation :(

When I've had difficulties getting the right food or something, I did two PP days in a row, than carried on with 1:1. Attack really works best at the beginning and the differences with PP are not great except for the oatbran. As the oats help quell the hunger as you go back to ketosis, it's probably a good thing to have the 2 tbsps. But breaks do delay the loss, so I try not to mess up. Remember to drink lots.
 
I agree. 2 x PPs then onto Cruise.

I just couldn't sit on my hands on this one when I saw someone talking about calories in and out, and doing more exercise. Unfortunately with Dukan, it's a bit more complicated than that!
