I got my 4 and a half stone last night!

I am absolutely delighted as it wasn't my best week, but I went on to lose 3.5 pounds (after being up and down all Summer), and that earned me my 9th silver seven.

Cannot believe I'm now only 7 pounds away from 5 stone!!
