i had a dream last night!

I was a size 18-20 (which i count as thin compared to my size 30-32 that i am now)!

and as i live in Milton Keynes i was walking through the shopping centre and was so excited that i could go in any shop and find sizes that fitted me that i was trying on clothes.

someone said to me come on ur a bit bigger than a size 18-20, no i said look i am thin now!
so i started to unbutton a brown wooly coat i had on to show my flat tummy!!

whoever knows about dreams let me know what this is meant to be about!
i mean its obvious its about wanting to be thin and shop in other shops but anything else??

I think it's your subconscious tentitavely beginning to hint that you can believe in yourself - that THIS TIME you're going to do it .... you're going all the way.

I was a size 28/30 just 5 months ago Louisa and am now a size 18/20 so stick with it 100% and before you know it, your dream will be a reality!

Dreams do come true.
In January I was size 30/32 if they were cut lose otherwise it was bigger,
Now I am 18/20,and they are getting to big.
I keep looking at my size M tops as I know they will not fit BUT do you know what they do yeeeee
This crazy diet does make dreams come true as long as you stick to it.

Hi Louisa,

The brown coat represents your fat suit and the action of undoing the buttons (is about undoing old habits)....shows that you are now ready and not going to hide anymore...in revealing your flat stomach... and you want to show the real you that you have kept hidden.

As Debbie and Libbie have said, dreams do come true

Lovely dream! I had something simliar

Not long after I started doing the CD, I had a dream I was at work, I took my coat off as I got to my desk, and underneath I had this gorgoues 2 piece red underwear set, it was lovely! I felt really self aware and (i work with just men!) they were all staring at me. I suddenly became embarrased and ran to the toilets, but as I ran, I caught a glimpse of myself in my bikini and i looked gorgeous!!!!! No wobbly bits no stretch marks nothing LOL

So I went back in and sat at my desk in my bikini and everyone else was just working away as usual!

Lol - you and your dreams - but the freaky thing is a lot of them do have substance... you WILL be a 18-20 - and it wouldnt surprise me if you got below that...

I think it shows your determination, and the goal that you are trying to acheive... that is brilliant motivation and obviously your subconcious is tuned in to your determination to succeed...

So.. when we going shopping for your new clothes huh??? It will be great to go out and not even think that people are staring
