Iv already lost 2lbs!!!! I know i shouldnt really weigh myself as the body fluctuates throughout the day but Im feeling great!

Only been on the diet a few days and i hate the taste of just about everything but it is so worth sticking too.

I cant wait too see my results after a full week.

    This diet rocks!:D

Hi, if it keeps you motivated especially if you don't like the taste of the shakes then it can only be a good thing. Good luck when you get to your weigh in.

i do the weighing thing too. cant help it. it was a great feeling being weighed on saturday as i was already confident of a good weight loss. i know the usual advice is not to weigh yourself but it does help me personally to keep motivated:eek:
