I had my last fat day today

Hi everyone, I was 14stone 4 3 years ago then I lost 5 stone. I exercise vigorously 6 days a week but I eat way too much. I exercise to eat :(. I am currently 9 stone 8 but want to go back to 9 stone but just finding it hard to motivate myself. Its my eating habits. I eat quite good 6 days a week but on my cheat day I eat well over 3000 calories, its disgusting. I need help to get back on track
 
haha are you me? Good luck Hope you do it. I've had my last fat day today too.
 
Its been a struggle. I have been indulging in some treats mainly cookies but my main meals have been healthy :) weigh in next week

I struggle with portion control and not knowing when to stop...... It's hard and old habits die hard.... But you CAN do it xxxx
