... and I had one at the weekend. My ex husband's auntie was in the City visiting, and always calls me for a visit. Usually she comes to mine, and we have a good old catch up and a chin wag 
This time she insisted I went to another relative she was staying with. I got there to find her stirring two pots, one with spaghetti and the second with bolognese - so thats no weight loss this week I guess :-( (I managed to cut it up and push it around, so didn't eat a great deal of it)
