I bought the 30 day shred on Monday, I watched it that night lol

I did it yesterday and it nearly killed me but I did it again today and it wasn't as bad. I can't do some of the moves but try really hard. I ache in the top of my legs and shoulders but not to much, boxercise didn't help with that last night though.

I've shouted at the tv a fair few times as she did my head in but I'm sure I will love her by the end of it all haha.

She is my best friend!! She is fab... stick with it and it will defo get easier. Actually some of the moves on level 2 are better than level 1

Ive heard a lot about that dvd, I would love to give it a go but I know I would give up after the first day! Hopefully you will end up liking her haha! :D Sounds like your doing good!

Lol I really hate her but love the fact that it's a good workout! Getting easier, couldn't do jumping jacks at all first day and now I prefer them to the stupid skipping rope thing *ouch ouch*

great workout. and i love it. but yes you do end up yelling at the tv!! esp when you start remembering what she is gonna say before she says it... lol

Phew just sat down after doing my day one jeez I'm pooped it was good though and the 20mins did go really fast

The time seems to fly by I've now completed day 3 a long way to go but it seems easier today. My thighs are still aching but not to bad and I still cant manage a full star jump as everything wobbles to much, I'm not worried as it will come with time. Good luck on your shred xx

Well I've completed day 4 getting better at it now can actually do jumping jacks lol I've also just been out with the dogs for a rather muddy walk haha
