I have a goal!!!

My goal is to lose 3 stone by the end of june ... I think thats not too much hard work.

I cut my weight loss target down to 7lbs a time and it really helped, there nothing worse than seeing that overall amount and thinking its not acheiveable but it is in smaller chunks. xxx

I am officially starting SW on 5 January 2009 and want to lose 3 stones by hubby's birthday at the end of June.
