Dont know what i have been doing or why but i have had 3 meals in the last 3 days

FRI LT in morn tuna with salad at night
Sat (today) LT in morn piece of cod with potatoes and carrots at night
I am totally gutted and need some advice i have lost like 6 pounds if my scales are right (whcih they have been ) started on monday at 17st 2 now 16st 10 but dont know what to do dont even know why i ate???
I have 5 shakes left and am due a weight in on monday but cant decide what to do i have found it hard this time around (did 4 weeks last time and lost 1st 7ish) but just gave in so quickly!!
Please help should i try and stick it out or should i as i have been looking at try slimfast??
