I have lost my first stone!

Well done you! I've just started phase 2 and am hoping to lose another 4lb before Christmas (lost 6lb on phase 1). Have you found that you don't tend to think about food inbetween meals? I always used to be thinking what I could have as low calorie/low point snack mid morning and mid afternoon whereas now, I plan my 3 meals the evening before and just stick to them.
