Hi All, hope you are well. Just wanted to say thanks so much for all the support and kind words while I have been on my Exante VLCD. I have just hit my goal weight and will finish this week and then start on my maintenance. Wishing all of you the very best on your solutions and I will be back to keep you posted on how I go with maintenance. Still finding it hard to believe that I have gone from a size 18/20 to a size 10 it is astounding. Thank you Exanta Much Love Emily xxx

Well done, good luck with the maintenance. Being so much smaller takes a bit of getting used to doesn't it. I've gone from a tight 16 to a 10 and have to stop myself from picking up the wrong size.
