Hi Everyone

I started SW last Saturday at a group for the first time. I decided that for me to fully do it and stay on track was to start the actual group. I was going to do it at home as i sort of know the plan, but i need that little push lol.

So im going to be starting a food diary tomorrow after my first weigh in :)

Would love to have any advice etc.

Thanks in advance.

Also, I have been on here before but still cant get my head around it yet!
 
Well today's food as follows...

Came from group happy.:D Didn't get in until 11ish. Lost 6lbs my first week.

Fried egg on two slices of whole meal bread (hexB) and 1tbsp red sauce (1syn), smooth toffee mullerlight yoghurt, a mini Malteser bunny (3syns) kiwi.

SW chips done in my new actifry, baked beans, fried egg, 1tsbsp red sauce (1syn) kiwi.

Tea with sweetener, milk (hexA)
 
Sunday 17th February 2013

Been a really bad day! Doubt I'll lose anything Saturday.

Had dinner...

Chicken (free)
Roast potatoes (free)
Carrots (super free)
Runner beans (super free)
Too many Yorkshire puds :(
ALOT of stuffing...
Gravy...
Honey roasted parsnips
Mint sauce...


And t top it off...a mars bar, then I had 2! Packets, yes 2! Of the new sour cream n onion oddities which are 5.5 syns a packet..

I've been beating myself up all night...I have to be strict now for the rest of the week!:sigh:

Thanks for posting on my diary, thought I'd come and find yours...

6lbs off in your first week is amazing, well done you must be so pleased. Don't worry about the slight wobble off the wagon, happens to everybody but the difference between success and everybody else is successful slimmers draw a line under it and get straight back on!!

Your food looks good - dont beat yourself up - we all slip up.. but losing 6lbs in your first week is fantastic.:clap:

You know you can do so heres a kick up the bottom to get your back on the wagon to slimsville.....:asskick:

I'm actually dreading weigh Saturday lol. I think i might not be that successful this week, mother nature.

Yes, we're all on the wagon to slimsville! It's going to be a long and bumpy ride! But will have a hell of a lot of fun when we get there!

I lost 3lbs!! So happy with that!

Then I went for a meal at harvester.....and the I had a binge afterwards too :(

So got to be really good this week! Only problem is its time of the month...

I've just turned down chocolate fudge cake and ice cream.....sitting hear smelling it whilst everyone's eating it..go me!

Not really eaten much today. Going to attempt to cook the syn free spring rolls!
