Way to go Lillypop, I started off a stone heavier than you and having been in abstinence for 18 weeks, I'm now over 6 stone lighter than when I started... you are doing so well and in the weeks to come you'll drop the weight like nobodies business... I'm proof it can be done (I'm still going strong, got 7 and a half stone to go) - all the best in the coming weeks... you will be slim

It is like that, isn't it Lilly.....you suddenly KNOW you will acheive your goal. And that is a wonderful confirming feeling. It is true! And we are all doing it. It's freat, innit!!!
