Cheryl,
I hope you're feeling better today. It could be that your routine was all knocked off last week and you're just finding it difficult to get back into the swing of things.
just got up now & having a coffee, going to try real hard to stick to it today ! not sure quite howi feelyet, too early !
Did you not have any proper meals because the other stuff was there? Or did you not have time to sit and eat? Rembember, if you're counting points on WW you can still have all that stuff, so long as you count it.
i didn't cook myself a proper meal cos i was too full on the rest of the junk
, but it didn't then stop me eating half a pack of fruit pastills & 2 slices of toast & jam
I don't think that you have to accept that you are always going to be a fat person. But I do believe that until you accept yourself as you are now, you're less likely to be able to change yourself.
It sounds really silly, but try writing a list of your good points.
i dont't think i have many, another of my "problems"- A good friend/mother, nice eyes? that kind of thing, sometimes we get caught up in a spiral of negativity and when your mind is saying "I can't " don't and shouldn't you get trapped. Try and change your outlook to I will/ want to / choose to a. be slim
b. be fitter
c. make healtheir food choices - you'll find that you'll have a more positive outlook on your weightloss.
Remember the reasons that you started this journey too - was it to fit into better/cheaper clothes? Was it so you'd be able to chase after the kids all day? Set them a better example? Feel better about yourself?
i started this to not be fat at 40, but since i turned 40 thats when it has gone down hill
I hope some of this can help you. Losing weight is a difficult process and temptation frequently gets in our way. Don't beat yourself up about it. Learn from this and move on.
Good luck for the rest of the week.
(been having a bad week myself, so I'm just off to give myself a good talking to !).
