I think I should have had an AAMW last week but didnt. Now regretting it - that sounds great. My weight loss has slowed down so I didnt think I could afford the luxury of an AAMW.
Water, water everywhere - must make the effort to drink some more!!!! One leads to the other in my case. Thanks for firing my imagination.
