Hi Piglet, I thought it was about time I hunted you out as I haven't heard from you for a while.
So sorry I didn't do it before as you seem to be having a bit of a bad time lately. So glad, however, that you are picking up and setting to it. You go girl!
You have been a great help to me in the past and I missed having your posts.
And just for the record, I have had very severe depressions most of my life so I know what it is like to feel quite overwhelmed by things.
Just a point about Mums, me being a now greatgrandmum, I always try to support my children in their attempts to lose weight. My son does a quick fire 6wks effort and then moans when it all goes back on again, but both of my daughters have continually (like me) battled with keeping weight off all their lives.My eldest, suffering from rhuematoid arthritis since about 21yrs old, has a real problem because of the meds she is on and I always try to give her the support she needs to keep trying.
However, Piglet, don't give up, you can do it! We are all rooting for you!!:clap:
