I keep missing shakes!

I'm on my 9th day of WS now and for maybe 5 out of the 9 days, i've missed a shake. My meals have been about 350cals and i've had 1 bar and 1 shake. Is this going to be really bad for me? I just keep forgetting the last shake, only just had my first shake a minute ago.
I don't really know why I keep forgetting, I think it might be that I hardly ever snacked on things before this diet, just 3 meals a day so I'm not used to having 4 "meals"?
Any advice anyone? xx
 
I've done the same a lot on slim and save, because I'm used to having 3 packets instead of the 4 you get on S&S. You've got to have all your packets. I have taken to eating 2 packets at once i.e. a meal and a bar in one sitting.
 
Is it going to be bad for you? In a word - yes. You MUST have all your packs to get the nutrients you need. If you miss them you'll make yourself ill and your weight loss will suffer too. Why not just do TS for a bit?
