Good luck Emuze. i found the beginning hard ,after coming on here i bought some bouillon and found that it really helped i had it in the evening as thats when i was tempted mainlyby a bad habit called boredom .Keep at it it does get easier and you will see some amazing results week by week that spur you on. .
Day 4 and so far I have not had any problems with any of the shakes or soups. I am going to order a minths supply tomorrow.
I have cheated a little bit, but considering how much I am used to eating I have just not been able to prevent myself. partly due to habit and partly due to hunger.
My cheats are
Day1 - 100g ham
Day2 - 100g ham
Day3 - 200g chicken
Day4 - 200g chicken
As i have had these does this mean I am WS rather than TS?
