I know I shouldn't!!!

Hi, I know I shouldn't weigh every day, but I am just starting day four of S&S and just wanted to share my joy at loosing 5.5 pounds in 3 days, cant wait til the end of the week, loving all the packs so far, down side is headaches, fuzzy head and tiredness, hope I get back to normal soon :(

That's a fab loss I am on day 4 also but have manages to resist the scales u don't think my loss will be as big as totm.
 
Hi, well done!! I am also week one and I weigh in tomorrow...........fingers crossed for a good loss my clothes feel looser already which is mental :)
 
I don't see an issue with weighing regularly as long as you take your results, whatever they may be, in a positive manner! Weight loss is great, and small losses each couple of days dont have as big an impact as one big loss per week, so remember to tally your daily losses into a weekly one and then it will hopefully supr you on to better weight loss!
