    Cambridge SS
    I've decided to go to SS+ today (so I won't feel bad). I've managed to be good all day, but my OH has just gone out to get Fish & Chips and know that I will cave if I don't have something of my own to eat. It's been one of those days were you just feel really grumpy, blobby and just BLEUGGH.

    I'm cooking myself Chicken Breast with a Rocket Watercress salad. Just wondering how this will effect Ketosis, weight etc.

    Think the differences between SS and SS+ are marginal and its better than blowing the diet! hope you manage to avoid temptation and that you enjoy your meal.

    Hey hon,
    I think you have made the right decision, I am positive that just having the above will definatley not take you out of ketosis..
    My husband just had chinese...... urghh x
