I know there is a Thread out there somewhere (I found it then lost it!) for this but sometimes new people (like myself) don't know these things or where to look so I thought I would put this out there as some fresh motivation for people and to realise how well they are actually doing.

If I go from when I restarted SW it will be a housecat...if I go from when i first started its a bale of hay. And those bales of hay or flippin heavy :O

Its basically those big grey bricks they use when building houses, can't remember what us british call them _____ stone, i think. Buts i'm fairly certain it is the American name for them anyway

I think we call them breeze blocks, why? I have no idea!

Wow! I'm hoping to lose between an average man, and 2 bloodhounds!! :O you never realise how much the weight is until its put into terms like that!!!!

also 140 pounds = refined sugar an average American eats in a year... eurgh!!

What a brilliant thread... gives you something to imagine lol although I now have some weird images in my mind
