Yummy! But why do you only have it on Saturdays?
 
Technically no but lets face it some meals just don't lend themselves to a side salad and fish chips and mushy peas is one of them.

However according to the faqs on the slimming world website the third super free isnt actually mandatory, it's a recommendation. As long as you eat most of your meals with a third super free then the odd meal won't make much of a difference.


I have found its really easy to add the superfree into meals without even thinking too hard about it. You mentioned the mushrooms and tomatoes, i would focus on increasing the portion of those as well as adding in a full sliced onion into the fry plate. Voila, the breakfast probably wouldnt even look any different to the casual observer but you now have more lovely superfree with it.

1 egg, cooked in a egg ring, 1x 0.5 syn sausage, deskinned, herbs added & garlic salt, rolled into a ball then pressed into a burger shape, 1x bacon with fat removed, 1x 60g wholemeal bap and 2x slices of low fat cheese slice (2syn?)

Only day I have time lol there's no time for breakfast in our house on a school day PMSL I'm feeling lucky if I get to flick round with a flannel!!!
