I made crisps!

    With a tomato soup pack and they were delicious! Yum! Ok some were too thick and a bit chewy but I loved them. And I feel stuffed too, how great is that. Today is sooooo much better than yesterday.

    Hi Gem, yes they are as a meal. There's a sticky on the forum with recipes. Muffins are great too! It just adds a bit of variety. I will say, if you have a go at the crisps make sure you use a good quality baking paper and not greaseproof like I did the first time.

    I feel full Gem but I do drink a lot of water too. You need to drink extra water as you've not put it in a shake. TBH some of the shakes are so sweet I don't like them but are great "cooked".
