I'm on Weight Watchers and my daily allowance is 20 points.
This coming Sunday I have my wedding anniversary (dinner out :candledinner: - a Chinese - and the cinema) and the following Saturday night is my 30th birthday party. arty0048:
Apart from saving points and exercise points does anyone have any suggestions? Can anyone give me any zero points recipes that don't contain mushrooms (cause I'm allergic :9529:)?
I want to keep losing weight. I don't want to fall off of the wagon.
